Murugan Travels (MT) is a Partnership Firm registered in 2005 and operated by Two Partners and same are Directors of Murugan Airvoyz Pvt Ltd (MAPL), a Private Limited firm incorporated in 2017. Both are Operated at same location under one Umbrella as per needs and type of Customers.

MT & MAPL’ major important services (Visa Service) is limited to the collection of visa applications and applicable fees, delivery of the applications to the appropriate Embassy/Consulate/Diplomatic Mission, collecting the processed passports from the appropriate  Embassy/Consulate/Diplomatic Mission and the return of the visa application to you, the applicant. The assessment of your visa application is performed by respective Embassy or Consulate or Immigration Office in case of EVISA and accordingly MT & MAPL does not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of a denied visa or a delay in the processing of your visa.

MT & MAPL’ other important services (Attestation Service) is limited to the collection of documents and applicable fees, authentication from MEA or Embassy/ Consulate or Both on behalf of applicant and their representative and the return of the documents to you, the applicant. The assessment of the document is performed by respective authority (MEA and Embassy/ Consulate) and accordingly MT & MAPL does not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of attestation is denied or a delay due to failure of the authenticity of the document or any other reason described by respective authority. MT & MAPL does not provide any advisory services and is not an Immigration Consultant or an Educational Consultant. MT & MAPL is not responsible for ascertaining the authenticity or accuracy of the information provided by you. It is your duty to ensure that the information provided to MT & MAPL is accurate, complete and up to date. The information contained on this Website is for general information purposes only. MT & MAPL will take every precaution in handling passports and documents submitted by you. You acknowledge that MT & MAPL may use a third-party for Visa & Attestation such as VAC, TA Registered by Embassy / Consulate and also courier company to deliver the documents and passport to the relevant authority and the return of the same to MT & MAPL or you (as the case may be). MT & MAPL shall not be liable whatsoever to you for any passports or documents which are lost in transit by accident, theft, natural disaster or any other reason outside the control of, or not arising out of a wilful default of MT & MAPL. Furthermore, MT & MAPL shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to you in the event that your documents or passports are lost, damaged or delayed by the Third Party registered by Indian Government Offices, MEA, Embassy/Consulates and also courier company, whether such loss, damage or delay is as a result of negligence, accident or any other cause. In no event shall MT & MAPL be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever due to such loss, damage or delay of your documents and/or passport. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, MT & MAPL' exclusive liability in the event your passport is lost or damaged in transit, is limited to the cost of replacement of your lost or damaged passport and the visa fees paid by you, provided evidence of the cost of replacement of the passport and the receipt for the visa fees is provided to MT & MAPL.
